据美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）报道，消息人士称，美国第一夫人梅拉尼娅·特朗普加入了说服特朗普接受失败的行列。
该人士透露，梅拉尼娅私下建议特朗普“是时候接受失败了”。

此外，CNN报道称，特朗普的女婿、白宫高级顾问贾里德·库什纳也就承认败选一事与特朗普接触。
Kushner, the President's son-in-law and senior adviser, has approached him to concede, two sources told CNN.
另一边，特朗普的两个儿子——小唐纳德和埃里克，则敦促盟友们继续加紧努力，并且迫使共和党及支持者公开反对CNN和其他媒体此前做出的拜登获胜的预测。
Meanwhile, Trump's two adult sons, Donald Jr. and Eric, have urged allies to continue pressing on and they have pushed Republicans and supporters to publicly reject the results even as CNN and other news organizations projected the race for Biden on Saturday.
特朗普竞选团队：假消息！
对于这一报道，特朗普竞选顾问杰森·米勒（Jason Miller）在推特上发文称，这个消息并不属实（The story is not true）。
米勒表示：“考虑到多个州的选举结果尚不确定，以及一些州的投票严重违规和缺乏透明度，贾里德建议特朗普寻求一切可用的法律补救，以确保准确性。”
特朗普本人在一则声明中表示，“在美国人民得到他们应得的、民主制度所要求的公正选票统计之前，我不会罢休。”
声明指出，特朗普团队将从当地时间周一起发起法律挑战。
"I will not rest until the American People have the honest vote count they deserve and that Democracy demands," Trump said in the statement, which explains that the campaign's legal battle will begin Monday.
外媒：特朗普明年1月将失去推特特别保护
路透社9日消息称，社交媒体公司推特表示，明年1月20日新任总统就职后，美国现任总统特朗普将失去推特平台的特别保护，和其他用户一样遵守该平台的规则。
US President Donald Trump will be subject to the same Twitter Inc rules as any other user when President-elect Joe Biden takes office on Jan. 20, the social media company confirmed this week.
此前，美国《国会山报》7日就曾报道称，特朗普在离任后，他的推文可能将面临推特更严格的审查，失去该平台给予世界领导人的保护。
President Trump's tweets will face harsher scrutiny from Twitter when he leaves office, losing protections the platform grants to world leaders.
也就是说，如果特朗普的推文违反了平台规则，将会被删除；如果他反复违反规则，可能会被多次“关停”，并将导致平台更加严厉的处罚。
Specifically, that means Trump’s tweets could be deleted if they break the platform’s rules, and that he could accumulate “strikes” for repeated policy violations, which would worsen punishments from the platform.
